The City Manager or designee shall maintain a list of City streets and roads, designating the maximum speed limits thereon as established by the City; provided, that the maximum speed limit on all City streets or roads not included in the listing is 25 miles per hour as specified in LMC 10.12.010. The list shall be made available to the public during all normal City Hall business hours. [Ord. 28 § 3, 1995.]
