A preliminary plat of a proposed subdivision or dedication of land located in the City shall be submitted to the City Community and Economic Development Department, and shall include a completed application, application fee, seven paper copies, one 11-inch-by-17-inch paper copy, and one reproducible electronic copy of the proposed preliminary plat, a list of adjacent landowners as specified herein, and a completed environmental checklist. For purposes of RCW 58.17.033, a complete application for preliminary plat approval must contain the information and documents required by LMC 17.10.025. [Ord. 591 § 21, 2015; Ord. 60 § 1, 1996.]
