In case uncertainty exists in zoning designation lines that cannot be resolved by application of the administrative rules contained in LMC 18A.10.160, the Planning Commission shall recommend, and the City Council shall determine, the location of such zone boundaries. This action shall be considered a Process Type V application as outlined under LMC 18A.20.310. The Planning Commission and City Council shall base the determination of zone classification lines on the land use designation maps and policies of the comprehensive plan. [Ord. 726 § 2 (Exh.
