The purpose of this section is to allow for the placement of uses permitted by this title of the Lakewood Municipal Code through a comprehensive site plan review process which insures compliance with the adopted plans, policies and ordinances of the City of Lakewood. It is further intended to provide for the examination of development proposals with respect to overall site design and to provide a means for guiding development in logical, safe and attractive manners.
