18A.50.330 Prohibition and public nuisance.

All SOBs within the City of Lakewood shall be operated and maintained in compliance with this article. Any SOB not conducted and maintained in compliance with the SOBO requirements set forth in this article is hereby declared a public nuisance subject to abatement and removal. [Ord. 726 § 2 (Exh.
