The Municipal Court offices shall be open during all regular business days and hours as the other offices of the City shall be open, but the dates and times of open court shall be as set as needed by the City Manager or designee in consultation with the Municipal Judge, or Judges; provided, that the sessions of the open court shall not be on nonjudicial days.
