Subject to the provisions of LMC 2.38.020 and the pleasure of the City Council, members of the Lakewood’s Promise Advisory Board shall serve for a term of three years or until appointment of a successor member, whichever is later, unless otherwise replaced, except that the representatives of the Clover Park School District, Pierce College, Clover Park Technical College and the City of Lakewood shall not be subject to term limits and that the Youth Council member shall serve a term of one year. In case of any vacancies on the commission, vacancies shall be filled consistent with the procedures set forth in LMC 2.38.020, for the unexpired terms for which such vacancies are filled.
