3.09.050 Property abatement.

There is hereby established a fund known as the property abatement fund (fund 105) as follows:
A. Purpose. The purpose of this fund is to account for projects that the City has identified and processed through the abatement process.
B. Revenue Sources. All revenues from the rightful recovery of those project expenses, along with all revenues from fees, fines, and interest, and other rightful recoveries from those projects are deposited into the fund for the purpose of funding additional abatement projects. [Ord. 589 § 6, 2014.]
