3.09.210 Sewer capital project.

There is hereby established a fund known as the sewer capital project fund (fund 311) as follows:
A. Purpose. The purpose of this fund is to account for the construction and expansion of a sewer system and related administrative costs to maintain and operate the fund.
B. Revenues. Primary revenue sources are grants, contributions, public works trust fund loans, sewer surcharges and sewer availability charges. [Ord. 702 § 1, 2018; Ord. 589 § 22, 2014.]
