It is unlawful for a person to fail to comply with any requirement of this chapter or the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder. Each violation is a separate offense punishable by fine not to exceed $1,000, imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. [Ord. 167 § 1, 1998.]
