All utility occupation licenses and the fee for the tax therefor shall be for the tax year for which issued and shall expire at the end of the tax year. The tax year shall commence January 1st and shall end on December 31st. [Ord. 253 § 1, 2000; Ord. 215 § 1, 1999.]
