The provisions of this title shall apply to each and every business in the City as well as individuals conducting business in the City, whether stationary or mobile, ongoing or sporadic, permanent or temporary in nature. The requirements of this title are in addition to any licensing requirements imposed by other jurisdictions. [Ord. 610 § 3, 2015.]
