It is unlawful for any person to manage a massage business without first applying for and receiving a massage manager license. It is provided, however, that if the person who will be serving as the manager of the massage business will also be working in the massage business as a licensed massage practitioner and has a valid massage practitioner’s license pursuant to LMC 5.35.060, and the business has a valid business license pursuant to LMC 5.35.050, said person shall not be required to pay the license fee for the massage manager license as that fee is identified in LMC 5.35.090.
