It shall be unlawful for any person to apply graffiti to any natural or manmade surface on any public property or private property. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a gross misdemeanor pursuant to LMC 9.03.050, which incorporates RCW 9A.48.090 and 9A.48.105 by reference. [Ord. 533 § 2, 2011.]
