8.40.030 Declaration of public nuisance.

Any property found to be maintained in violation of LMC 8.40.020 is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and shall be abated by rehabilitation, removal, trimming, demolition or repair. [Ord. 46 § 1, 1996.]
