The Tacoma-Pierce County Board of Health is authorized as a part of its health district duties to enforce the provisions of this chapter, the rules and regulations of the Tacoma-Pierce County Board of Health shall apply to such enforcement to the extent that the rules and regulations are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter.
