Except as provided for in LMC 8.60.160 all vessels shall keep the closest shore on the operator’s starboard or right-hand side at all times. A violation of this section constitutes a Class 2 civil infraction under Chapter 1.48 LMC. [Ord. 86 § 1, 1996.]
