The City prohibits discrimination in the operation, conduct, or administration of community athletic programs for youth or adults on basis of gender. The City currently administers programs, activities and facility allocations in a nondiscriminatory manner. The City shall have and follow a policy in compliance with Chapter 467, Washington Laws of 2009, approved by the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board of the City of Lakewood and available to the public.
