No person shall cut down, destroy, or in any way injure any shrub, tree, vine, grain, grass or crop, standing or growing or which has been cut down, in any park area unless authorized to do so by the Department. No person or pet shall deface, damage, remove or destroy any property, material or equipment which is under the jurisdiction of the Department. [Ord. 420 § 1, 2006; Ord. 126 § 1, 1997.]
