The hours of operation of City offices will be from 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; provided, that the City Manager may alter the hours of operation of City offices on a temporary basis as the City Manager deems necessary for the efficient operation of the City or to address particular needs of the City.
