Before granting a variance, the Hearing Examiner may prescribe appropriate conditions and safeguards that will ensure that the purpose and intent of this title shall not be violated. Noncompliance with the conditions of the permit shall be grounds for rehearing before the Hearing Examiner, in addition to fines and penalties under Chapter 1.44 LMC, General Penalties. The Hearing Examiner may suspend or revoke a variance pursuant to this section for violation of any of the provisions of this title or original conditions of approval. [Ord. 726 § 2 (Exh. B), 2019.]
