A. The fee for a license to engage in any business within the City shall be in accordance with the fee schedule in LMC 3.20.010.

B. Any late fees and penalties, as identified in LMC 5.02.130, and other fees, penalties, taxes, and other costs owing to the City, related to the business, shall be paid prior to issuance or renewal of any license. [Ord. 548 § 1, 2012; Ord. 288 § 1, 2002; Ord. 108 § 1, 1996; Ord. 24 § 7, 1995.]
