Any license issued pursuant to this chapter for any business in which any liquor is consumed shall be subject to the rules or regulations of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board relating to the sale or use of intoxicating liquor, regardless of whether the liquor is provided pursuant to a liquor license or banquet permit. No liquor shall be allowed in any adult cabaret establishment without either a valid liquor license or banquet permit issued by or under the authority of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and the applicable rules and regulations of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, the rules and regulations of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board shall control.
