Massage Business. No massage business license issued under this chapter shall be transferable from one person or entity to another person or entity. Upon the sale or transfer of an interest greater than 50 percent in a massage business, a license shall become null and void. A new application shall be made by any person desiring to operate or maintain the establishment and shall include a release of interest statement from the previous licensee and a signed lease or rental agreement for the establishment.
