Any person possessing or maintaining an exotic animal in City of Lakewood in violation of this chapter, is guilty of a misdemeanor and is subject to a fine not to exceed $1,000 and/or by incarceration in jail not to exceed 90 days. [Ord. 105 § 1, 1996.]
