The Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel a permittee’s reservation for cause (valid reasons) or if the City needs to make use of the facility which in the judgment of the City Manager supersedes the need of the permittee. Notice of the City’s cancellation for priority use shall be given at least five business days in advance and permit fees will be refunded. Notice of cancellation for cause may be given at any time.
