It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly dump, throw, deposit, or discharge onto the ground or into any body of water any dangerous drug or drug paraphernalia, as defined in RCW 69.50.102, as those referenced provisions are currently enacted or hereafter amended or recodified. Unless another section expressly provides otherwise, any person who violates any provision of this section shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor. [Ord. 782 § 2, 2023.]
