Except as provided in the definition of “gift” in LMC 1.32.020 and/or 1.32.050(A)(9)(a), (A)(9)(b) and (A)(9)(c), a Councilmember, board member or employee may not accept gifts of cash in any amount, nor any personal gifts. [Ord. 27 § 7, 1996.]
