It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with or block any portion of a trail owned or maintained by the City. This section shall not apply to employees of the City in the performance of their duties or to persons acting on written direction of the City. [Ord. 420 § 1, 2006; Ord. 126 § 1, 1997.]
